Looking for a Passionate and Dedicated Pediatric Director of Nursing (RN) for our Outpatient Pediatric Client that provides a special one of kind caring and individualized approach for their clients. Please apply if you want to join a team that provides a service of excellence to the community.
Pediatric Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise department staff in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in policy review and development for the facility.
- Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide care to the clients.
- Make recommendations to the Physicians, Therapists, and clients with respect to the appropriate care and coordination of care.
Pediatric Director of Nursing Requirements
- Texas RN License or Nurse Compact License
- Required Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pediatric Setting
- Prefer 1+-year of Leadership experience
Pediatric Director of Nursing Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $105-125K Depending on Experience
