We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant. As the face of the business, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences—all while achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Build a positive culture, recruit top talent, and provide hands-on leadership to all team members.
- Drive Success: Boost sales, exceed guest expectations, and manage operations with precision.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial performance, including P&L, and maintain strong ethical practices.
- Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant in the local community, strengthening brand presence.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years GM Exp in restaurants
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for service.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, inventory, and scheduling.
- Experience in upscale dining and operational excellence.
