Terminal Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing operations, driving sales, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
