We are seeking an energetic and driven Operations Manager for an upscale casual dining high-volume restaurant in the city. This concept is highly regarded in the area. Operations Manager Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop FOH team/s
Financial accountability, inventory management, vendor & supplier relations
Work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Create a positive and collaborative work culture
Assist in running private events

Operations Manager Qualifications

4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience. Must have experience working in an upscale casual dining environment with a volume of 6M or higher. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of General Manager experience
Strong leadership ability, attention to detail, and success in leading veteran teams
Experience running and managing private events in addition to the restaurant clientele
Emotional maturity and strong soft skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively without a lot of structure
Strong work ethic; commitment and passion to grow your career in hospitality
