Searching for an experienced F&B Manager, Assistant F&B or Restaurant General Manager that has experience managing multiple outlets or units. This great opportunity is for a beautiful Resort on a very popular Island in Northern Michigan. All year-round position that includes free housing and Industry leading culture and benefits.

 

Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Benefits:

  • Salary 80k- to -87K plus bonus.

Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide leadership to multiple food & beverage outlets.
  • Train, coach, mentor F&B team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
  • Assist in Preparation of annual budget for food & beverage division.
  • 5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a resort or similar setting with experience managing multiple outlets.
  • A degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field or equivalent experience listed above.
  • Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
