We have an exceptional opportunity for a Social Work Program Administrator I Child Welfare with one of the premier counties in NC.
In this role, you will oversee and manage social work programs that directly impact the community, ensuring the effective delivery of vital services. Your leadership will play a key role in driving program success and improving the lives of individuals and families.

Social Work Program Administrator I Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Current North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in social work program coordination or administration.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage social service programs.
- Experience managing staff and resources to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
Social Work Program Administrator I Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and administration of social work programs.
- Managing and supervising program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborating with community partners and stakeholders to identify service needs and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Monitoring program outcomes, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Managing program budgets and resources effectively.
