Please note, this position requires relocation to Rhode Island.

Director of Engineering Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Solution-focused mindset
- Hands-on role involving hotel maintenance and improvements
- Ability to follow a budget and make financially sound decisions independently
- Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
- Ability to create a schedule that fits the needs of the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, with experience using spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical plumbing, and kitchens
