Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism for co-workers, management and clients
  • Quickly learn the firm’s intake requirements/processes for accepted mass torts and personal injury case types
  • Develop and learn specific sales skills and tactics our industry uses to close leads and sign clients
  • Ability to understand, identify, and address prospect’s “pain points,” while effectively communicating with the firm’s potential clients
  • Maintain data accuracy by thoroughly documenting client information, queries, and requests within the firm’s lead tracking platform
  • Work with management team to suggest new intake processes and/or refine existing intake procedures to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on business objectives, established goals, and best practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury and/or mass torts legal intake
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, strong listening skills, and de-escalation skills for problem calls
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close leads within a short timeframe
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative and professional work environment. English & Spanish fluency
