DIRECTOR OF NURSING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire nursing staff to provide quality care
  • Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

DIRECTOR OF NURSING REQUIREMENTS:

  • RN / Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Virginia
  • 5 years experience in a nursing leadership role
  • Working knowledge of skilled nursing regulations in VA
  • Love of seniors!

DIRECTOR OF NURSING BENEFITS:

  • Competitive base salary $90k-$140k
