General Manager Requirements:
- Experience in Casual to Upscale Dining
- Strong knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine programs
- 2–3 years working in Scratch Kitchen concept
- Proficiency in Team Training, Development, and Motivation
- Skilled in Cost Control and Financial Management
- Background in both Corporate and Independent Restaurant Settings
