Accounting Manager Benefits:
- Salary up to $130k
- P&P incentive program – $45K
- Uncapped bonus program – referrals, business development, etc

Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of Big 4 accounting experience OR 2+ years of Big 4 experience with Public Accounting for a total of 7 years experience
- Focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
- Experienced leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
- Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
