Accounting Manager Benefits:

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of Big 4 accounting experience OR 2+ years of Big 4 experience with Public Accounting for a total of 7 years experience
• Focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
• Experienced leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
• Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
