Join Our Team as a Festival Director
Are you a creative, hands-on leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences? This successful and growing hospitality group is looking for a Festival Director to join our dynamic team!

Our Group creates world-class festivals that attract thousands of visitors annually. From dazzling light displays to interactive entertainment and unique culinary experiences, we specialize in delivering 5-star experiences for our guests. This role is your chance to oversee and grow large-scale seasonal events, plus additional smaller festivals throughout the year.

- Competitive Salary: $150k–$190k annually (based on experience) + additional bonus potential

What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage festival staff (entertainers, skaters, line attendants, and more).
- Creative Vision: Curate unique festival experiences with food, beverage, and entertainment offerings.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day festival activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Community & Compliance: Work closely with Boston city officials to secure permits and maintain strong relationships.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to target the right audiences and amplify our brand.
Who You Are
- An experienced event or festival operations manager with a track record of success
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, in-person roles
- Passionate about guest experiences and driving profitability
- Familiar with Boston’s licensing and permitting processes (a plus)
This is an on-site role with minimal desk time. You’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every detail of our festivals runs smoothly.
