Responsibilities of Restaurant Managers:
- Drive operational excellence consistently
- Demonstrate expertise in developing team members and facilitating their growth
- Adhere to established systems and maintain company standards
- Display adaptability and serve as a catalyst for change, quickly integrating new systems and processes
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Qualifications for Restaurant Managers:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a salaried restaurant manager
- Track record of managing restaurants with annual sales exceeding $3 million
- Commitment to prioritizing People, Hospitality, and Integrity in all aspects of management
