What You’ll Do as a Video Department Manager:

  • Oversee LED screen setup, calibration, and operation for live events.
  • Lead and train video team staff on equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with audio, lighting, and staging teams for seamless production.
  • Manage video content sourcing, preparation, and display during events.
  • Maintain video equipment and introduce innovative technology solutions.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain high service standards.

What You Bring as a Video Department Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience in video & LED screen operations for live events.
  • Proficiency with Absen, Novastar, Magnimage, Watchout, & Resolume Arena systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical expertise in video production, editing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Fluent in English with flexibility for irregular hours and event settings.
