Join a team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll become an expert in servicing top-of-the-line commercial coffee, espresso, and specialty food service equipment, making a direct impact on the success of our customers.

Technician Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial coffee, espresso, juice, quick service ovens and other specialty food service equipment
- Provide service to all customers in your area by demonstrating your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
- communicate with manufacturers as needed, to help with diagnoses and parts identification
- Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory
Technician Requirements
- AT LEAST one year of technical experience with repair and service of similar equipment
- Willingness and ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
- Familiar with basic tools and multimeters
- Valid Driver License
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
