Exciting Opportunity for Closing Manager!
Hours: Approx. 5pm-3am or 6pm-4am, 5 days per week
Salary: $75k–$85k + Comprehensive Benefits
Do you bring expertise in service and cocktail bars, alongside strong leadership experience? We are looking for a passionate Closing Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience. Join a legacy of excellence in one of NYC’s most iconic settings!
Closing Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with the General Manager and management team to achieve our operational goals.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and participate in weekly manager meetings to strategize for success.
- Build lasting guest relationships by ensuring high standards of food, beverage, and hospitality are met consistently.
- Proactively manage costs and budgets, and nurture a pipeline of FOH and BOH talent.
- Oversee and ensure top-notch training standards across the team.
Closing Manager Experience:
- 3+ years in senior management for a full-service restaurant (NYC experience a huge plus!)
- NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Handler’s) required.
- Strong communication skills, POS & tech proficiency, and a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
- Self-driven with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
