- Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Management experience in fast-paced / fast casual restaurants
- Supervise ALL restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Enforce high-quality standards and daily quality control for exceptional food
- Control food and labor costs to meet financial objectives
- Manage schedules, ordering, inventory, and maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies
- Serve Safe certified (required)
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
