We are seeking a Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager for a fine dining growing restaurant group in the Dallas, TX area. With several concepts across the country, Our restaurants have received coast-to-coast recognition for excellence. We offer a scratch, exceptional menu, and a memorable elevated dining experience. Fine Dining General Manager Benefits:

Fine Dining General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of GM experience in a full-service, fine-dining establishment
- Exposure to sales volumes of $15+ million per year
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Established longevity & career progression with NRO experience!
- Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively
- Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
- Full financial accountability and inventory control
