We are searching for an enthusiastic and hands-on Hotel General Manager who will bring high energy, passion, and Enthusiasm! Our hotel is a boutique lifestyle brand in the heart of San Juan! We are searching for someone who will lead our team and bring about positive change!
Senior Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- College or higher-level education
- 2+ years of Hotel GM experience in a boutique hotel setting
- Must be a strong leader, self-motivator, and team builder
- Must have a solid knowledge of F&B, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Accounting in boutique hotels
Senior Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality
- Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction
- Hire, Train, Develop, Mentor, and Coach a team to excellence with positivity and enthusiasm
Senior Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary
- 2 Weeks PTO
- Profit Share equivalent to $50k per year or more based on revenue
