Strong National Brand looking for Regional Vice President – West Coast Operations
This position oversees operations and sales teams, but want candidates with C-store operations leadership experience, VP or DO levels. Are not looking for hospitality or Sales candidates.
- The position reports to COO and covers 9 state area and 1,000 units
- Will have 8+ direct reports Sales team and operations team
- Candidate must be comfortable with heavy travel – 60% – living close to major airport helpful
- Must have strategic approach – strong leadership skills
- Must live in California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle or Portland
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Leadership Role in C-store company – VP or DO level
- Ability to quickly understand the sales role – they don't need a sales background, but must come up to speed quickly to manage sales team
- Proven ability to deliver team results – strategic vision and leadership
