A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with higher-end extended stay Branded Hotel experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at National Hotel Branded properties. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond Guest expectations. Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Salary – $85,000 to $90,000
- Aggressive Very Attainable Bonus

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering
- Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of General Manager experience
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in delivering financial results
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
