An iconic Houston restaurant brand is seeking a Kitchen Manager for one of its local restaurants. Looking for someone who enjoys working alongside and leading the team by example, with a positive, upbeat, a can-do mentality. If you are a do-it-right, no-shortcuts type of Kitchen Manager with a servant-leadership style, we want to speak with you!

Kitchen Manager Rewards:

  • Starting salary of $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of BOH management experience in a full-service scratch-kitchen
  • Two or more years as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume (annual sales of $4,000,000 or more) upscale casual/polished dining environment
  • Two or more years of P&L accountability
  • A mix of corporate and independent restaurant experience is ideal, but not required
  • Good tenures
  • Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus but not required
