An iconic Houston restaurant brand is seeking a Kitchen Manager for one of its local restaurants. Looking for someone who enjoys working alongside and leading the team by example, with a positive, upbeat, a can-do mentality. If you are a do-it-right, no-shortcuts type of Kitchen Manager with a servant-leadership style, we want to speak with you!
Kitchen Manager Rewards:
- Starting salary of $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly performance-based bonuses
- 401k with company match

- Closed major holidays
- Dining allowance at company restaurants
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Four or more years of BOH management experience in a full-service scratch-kitchen
- Two or more years as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume (annual sales of $4,000,000 or more) upscale casual/polished dining environment
- Two or more years of P&L accountability
- A mix of corporate and independent restaurant experience is ideal, but not required
- Good tenures
- Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal
- Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus but not required
