We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to join our growing construction company in the Midwest. We have locations in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan and appreciate strong Midwestern ties. If you have at least 3 years of experience as a construction project manager, have worked for one of the top 120 construction companies in the U.S., and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, we would love to speak with you!

Qualifications and requirements for the Construction Project Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager for one of the top 120 construction companies in the U.S.
• Must have lived in Iowa, Wisconsin, or Michigan for at least the last 2 years (Strong Midwest ties are a plus)
• Proficient in project management software, including Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Procore, and Primavera P6
• Proficiency in budgeting, bid review, mentoring others, subcontractor management, and purchasing.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, design partners, and other key project stakeholders by frequently visiting project sites and facilitating conversations with the project team
• Experience negotiating with vendors, managing project costs, and billing.
