We are seeking dynamic and motivated Assistant General Managers for a fast-paced restaurant group in Cincinnati. This position offers an opportunity for experienced leaders to join a thriving organization.

Requirements/Responsibilities
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Operations: Oversee daily restaurant functions, ensuring efficiency and high standards
- Customer focus: Maintain excellent service and resolve guest concerns proactively
- Financial acumen: Manage budgets, P&L, and operational costs effectively
- Adaptability: Flexible to work opening, mid, and closing shifts as needed
- Experience: 2+ years as an AGM in a busy full-service environment preferred
