We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager for a limited service hotel in the East Lansing area. If you are interested in joining a strong group with unlimited growth potential, apply now!

 

 

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the total sales activity of the hotels / executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement ongoing action plans and sales activity/strategies.
  • Maintain existing accounts and securing new accounts.
  • Collaborate with GMs to Develop and Maintain Marketing plan and Sales budget.
  • Participates in Revenue Management meetings /strategies using brand system and industry-driven sales tools
  • Coordinate group, transient, and Negotiated Rates to maximize revenues and profits

Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a hotel sales management role
  • Strong financial acumen, Business planning, forecasting, sales budget
  • Hands-on and ownership mentality
  • Computer skills, Systems, spreadsheets, organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate
  • High energy and positive demeanor with strong networking impetus
