Now Hiring: Director of Sales & Events
Join our dynamic team as Director of Sales & Events, a key on-property role responsible for driving group rooms and event sales while fostering strong client relationships and operational collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Manage group sales inquiries, create contracts, and coordinate event details.
- Collaborate with Revenue Managers on rates and strategy.
- Prospect for new business weekly and maintain accurate client records in Tripleseat.
- Serve as the client point of contact for seamless event execution.
- Attend weekly revenue meetings and submit sales reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Delphi.fdc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude.
- Strong multitasking and detail-oriented abilities.
