Food & Beverage Director Requirements & Responsibilities: 

  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Director in large-scale luxury resort properties
  • Responsible for all outlet operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Hire, train, schedule, coach & retain competent staff to ensure friendly and efficient service
  • Create and ensure department compliance with SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene
  • Flexible and willing to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays that coincide with operations
  • Well-organized, solution-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
