• Competitive salary based on experience: $200,000-250,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide litigation strategy, ensuring timely progression of cases.
• Implement and oversee compliance with office protocols and case management standards.
• Supervise case assignments, staffing, and the firm-wide calendar.
• Mentor and develop Associate Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
• Stay informed on changes in state and federal law, adapting firm practices as needed.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiency while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of personal injury litigation, with expertise in:
  • Premises liability
  • Labor law
  • Motor vehicle cases
• Proven experience supervising attorneys and legal support staff.
• Leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
