Are you a seasoned litigator with a proven track record of leadership in personal injury law? Join one of New York’s most successful plaintiff’s personal injury law firms as our Head of Legal. This high-profile role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a dedicated team of legal professionals, oversee landmark cases, and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead firm-wide litigation strategy, ensuring timely progression of cases.
- Implement and oversee compliance with office protocols and case management standards.
- Supervise case assignments, staffing, and the firm-wide calendar.
- Mentor and develop Associate Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
- Stay informed on changes in state and federal law, adapting firm practices as needed.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive operational efficiency while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of personal injury litigation, with expertise in:
- Premises liability
- Labor law
- Motor vehicle cases
- Proven experience supervising attorneys and legal support staff.
- Leadership and team development capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
