Our client is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly-motivated HR Director to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with their business objectives.
Director of Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy, manage labor costs, and optimize organizational effectiveness
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance
- Advise on employee relations matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Director of Human Resources Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a large organization (10,000+ employees)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certifications preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in matrix organizations and HRIS systems (ADP, Kronos, G-Suite)
