Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage Training and Development for all Kitchen Staff
  • Manage Culinary Productivity, Quality, and Execution
  • Lead, Evaluate and Develop Culinary Team.
  • Help Maintain and Reach Financial Objectives with Food and Labor
  • Ensure an outstanding dining experience – presentation, taste, service, and atmosphere

Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements

  • Minimum two years as a Kitchen Manager in High Volume with a Seafood Focus
  • Knowledge of Financials and Costs (Labor and Food)
  • Understand Seafood Preparation/Cooking Concepts and Techniques
  • Self-starter, Self-driven
