What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from concept to completion—planning timelines, managing budgets, and allocating resources.
- Deliver technical excellence with Civil 3D designs and quality assurance.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your team while fostering a culture of growth.
What You’ll Bring
- BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license (TX preferred).
- 5+ years of proven success in civil engineering roles.
- Expertise with Ajera, Civil 3D, and Microsoft tools.
