Healthtech SaaS Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and client success managers to assist in the technical/IT aspects of implementations
Travel to clients to help with Go Lives and new modules as they are implemented
Be the SME for existing, new, and modules in development
Communicate effectively with our SW Engineers, Client Success Team, Clients, and Client IT departments

Healthtech SaaS Implementation Specialist Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Skilled at SaaS Implementation and Client Success with 2+ years in health tech
Experience in Perioperative Inventory and Analytics preferred
Data analytics and training expertise

Healthtech SaaS Implementation Specialist Benefits & Compensation:

Competitive salary to $90,000 doe

Four days in the office and 1 day working remotely
25% travel to amazing client sites!
