Area Manager Job Opportunity
Are you a proven leader with a passion for the restaurant industry? Join our dynamic team as an Area Manager and take charge of 3-5 restaurant locations in your region. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure restaurants meet high standards in food quality, hospitality, and cleanliness.
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and teams, fostering a performance-based culture.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including new store openings.
- Accountability: Monitor financial performance, labor, and inventory, driving results through actionable feedback.
- Guest Experience: Create memorable dining experiences through strong communication and operational precision.
Role Requirements:
- Must live near 3-5 restaurant locations and be open to travel.
- Flexibility to work 55+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven experience in multi-unit management and a track record of driving financial and operational success.
