Fine Dining Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • Confident in creating a culture of subject expertise AND hospitality
  • 3+ years in a similar fine dining/upscale dining role
  • High level wine knowledge is a huge plus
  • High volume experience is a must
  • Hands-on, attention to detail, high standards

Fine Dining Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leads, trains, and mentors the restaurant service team
  • Builds and reinforces a positive people-centric culture
  • Exceeds guests' expectations
  • Assures the highest of operational standards
  • Works collaboratively with GM and executive leadership team
