Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvements and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with data teams
- Manage customer relationships and communication
- Support implementation and software training
Customer Success Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience in software system implementation – prefer in a hospital setting
- Implementation and training experience – up to 50% travel
- Client-centric with amazing communication and teamwork skills
- Detail and process-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges & develop repeatable, scalable solutions
