Key Responsibilities – Premises Liability Attorney:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, with a focus on premises liability claims such as slip-and-falls and negligent security incidents.
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Handle depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and, when necessary, trials.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar, or, willing to sit for the next bar exam.
  • Over 3 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law with a focus on premises liability.
  • Exceptional legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle a diverse caseload.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
