Fine Dining Assistant General Manager Qualifications :

  • Proven Expertise: At least 3 years in a fine dining or upscale restaurant leadership role
  • Wine Knowledge: A strong understanding of wine pairings (bonus points for advanced certification)
  • High-Volume Success: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, high volume environment
  • Hospitality Leadership: A talent for fostering a culture of exceptional service and teamwork
