Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality/restaurant operations.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong employee relations and talent management expertise.
• Excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication, and judgment skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Multistate HR experience is a must.
