Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Lead, train, and mentor the team to uphold high standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Stay hands-on with operations, ensuring attention to detail at every level.
- Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and meet financial goals in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in upscale dining management with proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
