Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, maximizing profits, and enhancing the guest experience.
• Foster a teaching and learning environment that encourages team development.
• Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management, ensuring financial health and efficiency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with management, staff, vendors, and guests, demonstrating leadership and integrity.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure knowledge of food specifications and flawless execution of menu items.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Sous Chef, preferably with a high-volume background.
• Proven leadership skills with strong communication and the ability to follow through on commitments.
• A passion for mentoring and a track record of team success.
• A desire to grow and advance within a dynamic, growing restaurant group.
