Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- 2-years+ of full-service casual to upscale scratch kitchen management experience
- Hands-on management style
- Ability to uphold company/menu/recipe standards and occasionally create dishes
- Some P&L management experience
- Hire, manage, and mentor your team
- Ensure culinary and safety & sanitation standards are met
