A mid-sized but rapidly growing Engineering firm is looking for a Civil Engineer – PE. Reporting to the COO of the company, this position would lead the daily operations of the team. Key roles include meeting deadlines, budgeting, client satisfaction, and leading the team by example.

Civil Engineer – PE Responsibilities:

  • Planning project timeline and project resources and defining the project scope, product, and goals
  • Manage budgets
  • Gather and organize data
  • Build positive client relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training team members

Civil Engineer – PE Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar environment
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Experience with Ajera and Microsoft products
  • PE in Texas (or another state with the willingness to take the TX exam)
