Electrical Engineer Job Overview:

Electrical Engineer Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $140,000 with generous bonus structure

Electrical Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years in controls engineering or a similar role.
- Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text).
- Experience with CAD tools for wiring diagrams and panel designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
