Our client seeks a polished, professional, knowledgeable Banquet Chef to help run operations in a high-profile venue. If you are ready for the challenge for the long term, we would love to meet with you!

Banquet Chef Responsibilities:

• The Banquet Chef is responsible for all aspects of the Event Kitchen operations
• Ensure excellent food quality and manage timing, holding, and food costs
• Communicate to guests and event sales team to ensure quality
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices

Banquet Chef Requirements

• 3–5 Years in Kitchen Management and 2–3 years in full-service banquet operations
• Solid knowledge of event food preparation methods and good creativity
• ServSafe Certified a plus
• Excellent people and leadership skills – Must have a great attitude!
