What We’re Looking For
- Culinary Expertise: MUST have a strong background in classic Italian cuisine.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a BOH management position.
- Business Savvy: Proven experience with menu development, costing, labor cost management, inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
- Team-Oriented Leader: Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and positive kitchen environment.
- Ambitious Mindset: Ideal for a Chef de Cuisine ready to prove themselves or a new Executive Chef excited to grow.
