We are seeking an experienced, driven and talented Executive Kitchen Manager. Our client is an award-winning, full-service, young restaurant concept that is growing fast. This is an amazing opportunity to join a restaurant group that has a bright & exciting future.

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
- Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
- Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
- Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment
Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate has corporate systems experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
- Experience with 8M sales volume or higher and experience with new restaurant openings
- Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
- Ability to lead in a diverse space and create a positive work environment for all
- Passion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
