This dynamic & growing restaurant concept is seeking an experienced General Manager. If you are a passionate full-service General Manager with a track record of success in running high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining restaurants, send us your resume today!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and run daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
- Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 75+ people
- Financial responsibility and accountability
- Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
- Implement effective systems to drive & grow the business
General Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years as a full-service General Manager in an upscale casual dining environment. The ideal candidate has experience with a sales volume of 8M or higher and some corporate systems experience
- Strong leadership ability; someone who loves to develop others and has a natural ability to inspire
- Strong financial acumen; highly skilled at managing costs & labor
- Highly organized, detail orientated with the ability to solve problems
- Knowledge of health and sanitation codes, and labor laws in California
- A sincere passion for hospitality, guest focus, and dedication to creating an inclusive work environment
