Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Make sure The market is stocked and looking good
- Enhance guest satisfaction while addressing feedback with care and professionalism
- Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality and presentation
- Lead, train, and inspire Front of House staff to deliver excellence
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

- Proven experience managing high-volume, quality-focused restaurants or cafés
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
