We are a new restaurant that is a high-end dining experience with high volume and quality food. We are looking for a Sous chef ready to take the next step in their career. If you are excited by excellent food and have experience handling high volume please apply today!
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Setting clear priorities to lead your team and drive execution to achieve desired results
- Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the kitchen team through people development and coaching best practices
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of the culinary team
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Manage, train, and teach our culinary staff
- Training of FOH staff on cuisine, culture, and new menu items
