We are seeking an upbeat Assistant General Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train team members, and uphold brand standards in service and food quality. You will project a positive brand image through outstanding hospitality and commitment to guest service. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the continued growth and success of our restaurant, as well as our incredibly valued team members.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, upscale environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service, and creating memorable experiences for all patrons
  • Highly skilled and comfortable utilizing technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, scheduling/employee communication platforms
  • Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading team
  • Strong beverage knowledge including French wine, cocktail programs, inventory management and vendor relationships
